It includes understanding the Australian common law system and the various sources of law applicable to the accessibility of small-scale building developments, and identifying and applying the relevant professional code of practice required for the assessment and inspection of buildings.The unit is based on BCGSV5008A Applying building control legislation to building surveying. | ||
